National Chung Cheng University International Professional Certification Incentive Subsidy Guidelines

To encourage students to actively participate in international professional certification exams and enhance their global employability, these guidelines have been established.

Eligibility

Current undergraduate and graduate students of National Chung Cheng University.

Scope of Subsidy

• The types of certifications eligible for subsidies are listed in the National Chung Cheng University International Professional Certification Incentive Subsidy.
• Students can apply for the subsidy within one year of obtaining the certification. Applicants must have active student status at the time of application. Certifications obtained before enrollment or during a leave of absence are not eligible.
• Applications involving falsified, plagiarized, or duplicated certifications, as well as cases of intellectual property infringement, will result in disqualification, and any awarded subsidy must be returned.

Subsidy Details

• Students who pass an eligible certification exam may receive a subsidy covering the exam fee, up to a maximum of NT$5,000 per application.
• Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications with complete documents will be reviewed first. Once the allocated budget is fully distributed, applications for that year will no longer be accepted.

Application Process

• Applicants must submit the required documents to the Career Development Center, Office of Student Affairs.
• If the certification exam is not listed, please contact the Career Development Center E-mail：aftergrd@ccu.edu.tw ,or (Ext. 12201) for inquiries.

Important Notes

1. Certificates that have already received subsidies from other departments of the university are not eligible for this subsidy.
2. Once this subsidy is granted, the same certification cannot be used to apply for other subsidies within the university.
