National Chung Cheng University International Professional Certification Incentive Subsidy Guidelines

Purpose

To encourage students to actively participate in international professional certification exams and enhance their global employability.

Eligibility

Current undergraduate and graduate students of National Chung Cheng University.

Scope of Subsidy

The types of certifications eligible for subsidies are listed in the National Chung Cheng University International Professional Certification Incentive Subsidy.

Application Period

Students may apply within one year of obtaining the certification. Applicants must hold active student status at the time of application.

Ineligible Cases

1. Certifications obtained before enrollment.

2. Certifications obtained during a leave of absence.

3. Applications involving falsified, plagiarized, duplicated certifications, or intellectual property infringement. (Subsidy must be returned if already granted.)

Subsidy Amount

Students who pass an eligible certification exam may receive a subsidy covering the exam fee, up to NT$5,000 per application.

Review Method

Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Complete applications will be reviewed first. Once the annual budget is exhausted, applications will no longer be accepted for that year.

Application Method

Applicants must submit required documents to the Career Development Center, Office of Student Affairs.

Important Notes

1. Certifications that already received subsidies from other university departments are not eligible.

2. Once this subsidy is granted, the same certification cannot be used to apply for other subsidies within the university.

3. Applicants must comply with all regulations to ensure eligibility.
