1. Handled in accordance with Letter No. Procurement-Kai-Er-11400046411 dated June 23, 114 (2025), from the Procurement Department of the Bank of Taiwan.

2. The valid period of this contract is from August 1, 114 (2025) to July 31, 115 (2026). The awarded insurance premium is NT$452 per person (one-year term). For fee calculation standards for terms less than one year, please refer to Attachment 1: Internship Insurance Content and Attachment 2: Policy Terms.

3. The relevant information of the aforementioned contract has been published on the Government e-Procurement System of the Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan (Website: http://web.pcc.gov.tw).
