This service establishes its service procedures based on competency standards and career education materials certified by the National Career Development Association (NCDA).

One-on-one consultation is provided by International Career Development Advisors (CDA) who are dual-certified by the NCDA and the Taiwan Career Development and Consulting Association (TCDCA).

Students who are experiencing difficulties with career development choices, or who have the following career issues—such as department/university transfer, double major/minor, further studies/graduate school selection, finding their personal fit, job readiness assessment, personal strength analysis, resume and autobiography review for job seeking (or graduate school exams), and exploration of internal career anchors and drives—may make an appointment for a consultation via the system.

Please go directly to the Career Counseling Online Appointment System, select "Office of Student Affairs," and register for a time slot. Please describe your needs in detail when booking; the advisor will notify you in advance of any assessment materials that need to be completed based on your topic. Please be sure to watch for reply emails (Reply hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:30).

Available time slots in the system are Monday afternoons 14:00-17:00, Wednesday mornings 10:00-12:00 and afternoons 14:00-17:00, Thursday mornings 10:00-12:00, and Friday afternoons 14:00-17:00. Generally, each consultation application is limited to one hour.
