2026 National Chung Cheng University Guidelines for Rewarding Students Passing Professional Certifications

1. These guidelines are established to encourage students of our university to actively participate in various professional skill verifications or certification exams, in order to enhance their employment competitiveness.

2. Eligible Applicants:

Undergraduate and master's students of our university who have passed professional certification exams held by government agencies, government-commissioned units, or private institutions recognized by the university and obtained certificates between December 1, 2025, and November 30, 2026 (Applicants must be enrolled at National Chung Cheng University at the time of obtaining the certificate. Certificates obtained before enrollment or during suspension of schooling will not be counted).

3. Scope of Reward: The types and categories of certificates eligible for subsidies are detailed in the attached table. (If the certificate you wish to apply for is not listed in the attached table, please contact the Career Development Center at ext. 12204)

4. Reward Method:

(1) For students who pass the professional skill verifications or certification exams listed in the attached table and obtain certificates, the reward for each obtained certificate is exactly NT$600.

(2) Each student may apply for a maximum of 3 certificate rewards per year. Students who meet the qualifications for the university's Chia-Hsing Student Program may apply for up to 5 certificate rewards (Certificates that have previously received this reward cannot be applied for again).

(3) Those who have passed the exam but have not yet obtained the original professional certificate document will not be subsidized this year.

(4) The same certificate that has already received other rewards from the university will not be subsidized.

5. Application Period and Method: The application deadline for 2026 is November 30. Applicants should attach the following documents (please download from the Career Development Center webpage) and apply directly to the Career Development Center, Office of Student Affairs.

(1) One copy of the application form.

(2) One photocopy of the front of the student ID card.

(3) One photocopy of the front of the ID card.

(4) One photocopy of the professional certificate document.

(5) Receipt (University format).

6. To receive the reward, you must fill out the university's receipt, otherwise the subsidy procedure cannot be completed. The payee field must be signed by hand; other fields can be typed on a computer. Please leave the amount field blank for the case officer to fill in.

7. The amount of rewards and subsidies in these guidelines will be adjusted based on the budget and application volume of the university's Higher Education Sprout Project 2-2-5 International Career Plan.
