2025 Higher Education Sprout Project: Project 2-2-4

Subsidies for Academic Departments and Student Associations

Purpose

  1. To encourage students to attend career lectures aligned with their academic expertise and career interests, and to assist them in planning their future career paths, these regulations for funding have been established under the Higher Education Sprout Project.

  2. In alignment with the goals of Project 2-2-4, this initiative integrates with the "CCU Chia-Star Student Career Empowerment Program." We encourage Chia-Star students to actively participate in career guidance activities organized by various departments to qualify for grants and scholarships.

regulations

  1. Upon completion of the activity, please ensure that the "Sprout Project Achievement Report" is filled out in detail. Due to the highly competitive nature of the Higher Education Sprout Project, a minimum of 800 words for the reflection section is required to ensure the program's success and secure future subsidy opportunities for all departments. Please provide a comprehensive description of the entire activity; our Center will coordinate with departments to review and refine the content as needed.

  2. To track students' learning effectiveness, event organizers must ensure that participants complete the Satisfaction Survey immediately after the activity and forward the results to the Career Development Center for analysis.

  3. This activity is funded by Project 2-2-4. To achieve the goal of encouraging "Chia-Star" students to participate in career services, a complete participant list must be provided. This allows the Center to verify student identities and implement the grants stipulated in the "National Chung Cheng University Chia-Star Student Career Empowerment Program."

  4. Subsidies from the Sprout Project will be denied if the proposed lectures or corporate site visits are found to be unrelated to student career development or employment guidance.
